Tamboers Winkel

Try this for deliciousness: Spinach and feta frittata with vanilla oak smoked bacon, sweet corn and roast tomatoes...with dribbles of sweet balsamic here & there. On its own the frittata is quite ordinary, but as Chef Clarissa explained, you have to scoop it all up together to get the full flavour. Another winner from this fave deli of mine on DeLorentz Street in Tamboerskloof @TamboersWinkel
