Sea Point Promenade, Cape Town

Stunning morning for a walk along the Promenade, a paved walkway that hugs the coast for about 6km, from Mouille Point all the way to Bantry Bay. Fabulous for long or short walks, jogging or walking the pooch. There are parks & lawns along the way, coffee shops like Cafe Neo opposite the lighthouse (with free wifi), Wakami (great sushi) & Theo's steakhouse, all in Mouille Point & La Perla in Sea Point. The art deco style public swimming pool is along the drag in Sea Point, an area that is cosmopolitan & vibey, one of my favorites since I grew up & went to school there.
