Franschhoek...From lunch onwards...

Excellent meal at Essence in Franschhoek...I had a spinach, feta & mushroom pancake, @lateralpaul had the haloumi salad, both great value for our Randelas...

...across the street from Essence, right next to Reuben's restaurant (there is also a Reuben's at the One&Only in Cape Town FYI), there is a Deluxe coffee shop- bloody great coffee :) A great relief to find top grade beans in the town. Loved the calabash light fittings btw (see below)...
