Scenes from the Old Biscuit Mill, Cape Town
I put a whole bunch of images into this collage: faces, food, crafts, drinks etc etc....the Old Biscuit Mill is a feast for the senses. Every Saturday the Neighbourgoods Market takes place & it's a top destination for locals & tourists...the best food, wine, artisan beer, fresh produce etc is to be found here. My recommendations- have lunch at Luke Dale-Roberts' pop up Pot Luck Club & grab a Citizen beer opposite, made by Alliance. The Pot Luck Club also do a mean peach daiquiri, or take a walk through the madding crowd to the far quarter of the market & sip on a really good Mojito. Oh, not forgetting, coffee is ONLY to be had at Espressolab, on the opposite side, near the wishing well & permanent stores. Saturdays are good days in Cape Town. www.neighbourgoodsmarket.co.za
