An unexpected lunch at the Mount Nelson

This elegant hotel remains a firm favourite...late afternoon lunch materialized quite unexpectedly on the patio at the Oasis restaurant...a beetroot & fried haloumi salad eased down with a superb glass of Delheim Gewurstraminer. And it was the most perfect day as well - Cape Town on fine form at 35 degrees, as is typical at this time of the year. People From Afar, now is always a good time to travel to the tip of Afrique* @TheMountNelson
