Mac 'n Cheese Monday at Peter's House

Across from Power & the Glory is Peter's House, an all day coffee shop & open for dinner as well. Meat-Free-Mondays-go-Italiano when they dish up a tasty macaroni cheese for, don't faint, R25 p/p! Ziggy Francisco owns this eclectic spot where tea- my fave being rooibos & caramel- is served in ye olde fashioned teapots & cups, & the chandelier is made of knives & forks, true story. This is the cafe that belongs to that fab little car I once told you all about (see below). And don't forget, High Tea happens on Thursdays so throw on the pearls - or not- & go sip in style from fine china.
