Forget the gym, let's go walking, for a little cardio & a lot of inspiration! An early morning walk via Clifton or in the opposite direction, along Camps Bay beach and towards Bakoven, is totally invigorating. People From Afar, this is a coastline that can compete hands down with what you'll find in the South of France, Italy, Croatia etc etc etc....you really must come & experience the beauty of what we call the Mother City, here on the tip of Afrique du Sud.
