Christmas at Milky Bay Resort, Koh Phangan, Thailand...

Our Christmas lunch, no let me rephrase- feast- was a fabulously festive affair at the Milky Bay Resort on Koh Phangan in Thailand this year. It was my first Christmas away from Cape Town in forever and apart from missing my family back home, it was amazing to be able to escape the retail madness and shopping pressure that this season usually brings. I'd do it again in a minute. 

From start to finish, yesterday's event was stunning: the wonderful company, the beautifully decorated table, excellent food (thank you Chris Zanasi, Jin & your ace kitchen team), and the uber efficient waiters all made it into a Christmas to remember.
